Hollywood Terms and Conditions – Know Before You Play

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Hollywood platform at hollywood.lc, creating an account, making a deposit or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms apply to all features of the Hollywood platform including but not limited to slots, fish games, bingo, sports betting and the VIP programme.

Hollywood reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time without prior notice. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

If you are accessing Hollywood on behalf of another person or organisation, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that party to these terms, and by accepting these terms you are accepting them on their behalf.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To register a Hollywood account you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are registering on your own behalf, not on behalf of any other person.
• You have not previously had a Hollywood account that was suspended or permanently closed for a breach of these terms.
• You are not registering for the purpose of exploiting promotions, bonuses or any other incentive scheme.
• All information provided during registration is accurate, truthful and up to date.

Hollywood permits one account per person. If we detect that a single individual has registered multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address or different identities — all accounts associated with that individual will be suspended. Any balances, winnings or bonuses held across those accounts may be forfeited.

Hollywood reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time. This may include a national identity card (CNIC), a photograph or other documents that allow us to confirm your identity. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in your account being suspended until verification is completed.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

Hollywood processes all deposits and withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We support the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit cards and mobile wallets. Hollywood does not apply currency conversion fees on either deposits or withdrawals.

3.1 Deposits

Deposits are credited to your Hollywood balance as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically reflect within one to two minutes. Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on the processing time of the sending institution.

Hollywood reserves the right to set minimum and maximum deposit limits. These limits may vary depending on your account tier, your payment method and any active promotional terms. Current limits are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of deposit.

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed in the order they are received, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account identity has been verified.
• Your withdrawal amount does not include bonus funds that have not yet met the applicable wagering requirement.
• Your account is in good standing with no pending review or suspension.
• You are withdrawing to a payment method that matches your registered identity — third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

Hollywood processes its end of all withdrawal requests as quickly as possible. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within minutes. Raast and bank transfer withdrawals may take longer due to interbank processing times outside of Hollywood's control. VIP members from Silver tier and above receive priority withdrawal processing.

Hollywood reserves the right to carry out additional identity checks before processing large withdrawals. This is to protect both the player and the platform.

4 Bonuses and Promotions

Hollywood offers bonuses and promotional incentives from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms:

• All bonus funds carry a wagering requirement before they can be withdrawn as real PKR cash.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus. Bonuses that expire before wagering is completed are forfeited.
• Bonuses are issued to one account per household, per device and per IP address. If we detect that the same bonus has been claimed more than once through different accounts belonging to the same individual, all associated bonuses will be voided.
• Hollywood reserves the right to change or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already claimed a bonus before a cancellation are entitled to complete the wagering on the original terms.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or combined unless a specific promotion explicitly permits it.

Bonus abuse — including but not limited to registering multiple accounts, exploiting loopholes in promotional terms or coordinating with other players to systematically extract bonus value — is a serious breach of these terms. Hollywood will void all bonuses and winnings derived from such activity and may permanently close the associated accounts without refund of deposited funds if fraud is established.

5 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the Hollywood platform use certified random number generation (RNG) technology to ensure that outcomes are fair and unpredictable. The house edge for each game is built into the game mathematics and is reflected in the published Return to Player (RTP) percentage for slot and fish game titles.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Hollywood platform:

• Using automated software, bots or scripts to place bets or interact with the platform in any way.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a known or unknown software error are void and will not be paid out.
• Colluding with other players in any game type to manipulate outcomes or extract value unfairly.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer or interfere with the platform's RNG or game logic.
• Using any form of external tool, device or service designed to influence game outcomes.

Hollywood monitors gameplay patterns continuously. Accounts displaying statistically anomalous patterns that suggest automated play, collusion or exploitation will be reviewed. If a breach is confirmed, affected winnings will be voided, the account will be suspended and the matter may be escalated further if the activity suggests criminal intent.

5.1 Sports Betting

Hollywood's sports betting section covers Cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, Football, Esports and other events. All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result published by the relevant governing body. In the event of any discrepancy between on-platform odds and official results, the official result takes precedence.

Hollywood reserves the right to void any sports bet placed on an event where the odds were clearly published in error, or where the result is subject to ongoing official review or disqualification proceedings. Voided bets are returned to your Hollywood balance at the original stake amount.

6 Account Security and Passwords

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Hollywood account login credentials. This includes your username, password and any two-factor authentication details. Hollywood staff will never ask you for your password under any circumstances. If anyone claiming to be from Hollywood contacts you and requests your password, treat it as a phishing attempt and report it immediately.

You must notify Hollywood as soon as you become aware or suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. Hollywood will investigate reported cases and take appropriate action, which may include temporary suspension of the account while the investigation is ongoing.

Hollywood will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. This includes losses arising from:

• Sharing your password with another person, including a family member or friend.
• Using a weak or easily guessable password.
• Accessing your Hollywood account from a shared or public device without logging out afterwards.
• Responding to phishing attempts that mimic Hollywood communications.

7 VIP Programme Terms

The Hollywood VIP Programme has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Tier progression is based on total PKR wagered across all eligible game types. Every real-money bet you place contributes to your tier progress — there is no separate enrolment required.

VIP tier benefits — including cashback percentages, withdrawal priority, bet limits and access to a dedicated account manager — are described on the VIP page. Hollywood reserves the right to adjust VIP tier thresholds, benefits or the programme structure at any time. Existing members will be notified of material changes.

Cashback earned through the VIP programme is credited to your Hollywood balance at the frequency specified for your tier. Cashback credits are subject to standard wagering requirements before withdrawal unless specifically stated otherwise in the VIP programme terms. VIP status is reviewed periodically — accounts that fall below the minimum wagering threshold for a given tier during a review period may be downgraded to a lower tier.

8 Responsible Gaming

Hollywood is an adult entertainment platform. We take responsible gaming seriously and we provide a range of tools to help players manage their activity. These include deposit limits, session time reminders and self-exclusion options. We strongly encourage all players to use these tools proactively — setting limits before you start playing is far more effective than trying to apply them mid-session.

9 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Hollywood platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using the platform if you are under the age of 18.
• Registering more than one account.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Depositing funds obtained through fraudulent means or from a payment method that does not belong to you.
• Attempting to launder money through the platform — Hollywood will report suspicious transaction patterns as required.
• Using any automated tools, scripts, bots or AI systems to interact with the platform.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing Hollywood staff or other platform users through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access the platform from a location or through a method designed to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.

10 Limitation of Liability

Hollywood provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is available and functions correctly at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be unavailable from time to time due to scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances outside of Hollywood's control.

Hollywood's liability to you in any circumstance is limited to the verified PKR balance held in your account at the time the relevant issue arose. Hollywood is not liable for:

• Loss of profits, revenue or anticipated savings arising from use of or inability to use the platform.
• Losses arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.
• Technical issues on your own device, internet connection or mobile network that affect your ability to use the platform.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party payment providers including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or your bank.

Nothing in these terms limits Hollywood's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11 Privacy and Data

Hollywood collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available at /privacy-policy. By registering an account you consent to the collection, storage and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We collect data that is necessary to operate the platform, process payments, verify your identity and comply with our obligations around responsible gaming and fraud prevention. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

12 Amendments and Termination

Hollywood reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments take effect from the date they are published on this page. We will make reasonable efforts to notify registered users of material changes through the platform or by email. However, it remains your responsibility to review these terms periodically.

You may close your Hollywood account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to standard identity verification requirements. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

Hollywood reserves the right to terminate your account without notice if you are found to have breached these terms in any material way. In cases of suspected fraud or criminal activity, Hollywood reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation and, if appropriate, to pass information to the relevant authorities.
